The Finance practice in the Charlotte office of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking one mid to senior level associate with 3 to 8 years (JD 2023-2018) of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with SPV financing facilities and other structured finance transactions. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
The salary for this position is $260,000 to $435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
